Client: Re.on.Cambie
Project: Condominium Print Materials

This was done to fulfill an assignment in a course titled Advance Publication and Print Design (Simon Fraser University). My interest in real estate lead me to chose this particular project objective to further develop my skills in real estate marketing. The goal of Re.on Cambie is to showcase a condominium development that makes use of the older building facade of an abandoned warehouse space to create a unique blend of old world charm and modern chic. The design concept was Re: reuse, remodel, recycle, renew, as this was the idea at the base of Re.on.Cambie’s branding scheme. To further showcase this, the brochure has an outer facade created from a die-cut, recycled corrugated cardboard. Still fitting the developments image, the inside is as clean and sophisticated as the inside of a Re.on.Cambie unit.

After completing the brochure, I considered how one could create a unique business card using the design scheme of the brochure; thus I created one using the same corrugated cutout and cleaner look for the rear text page.
This project was designed to fulfill requirements for Communications 478-4, Simon Fraser University.
